Chocolate chip cookies have a special place in our hearts. Everyone has their own opinion on what it really takes to prepare the best. But at the end of the day, no one could resist devouring a plate of freshly baked cookies, regardless of the texture, or the degree of its doneness.
The Things You Need
It will all boil down to mastering couple of tricks given by different culinary experts and also, spending enough time in testing the copycat versions of leading bakery treats. To get started, you would need, 2 ½ sticks unsalted butter, a cup of brown sugar, ½ cup of granulated sugar, 2tsp vanilla extract, couple of eggs, 2 ¾ cup all purpose flour, 1tsp baking soda, ¾ tsp salt and 2 cup of semisweet chocolate chips.
The Things You should Do
To get started, simply preheat the oven to up to 375 Degrees Fahrenheit and line up a large baking sheet along with parchment paper.
With an electric mixer, beat the sugar and butter until it is fluffy and light. Beat the eggs and vanilla extracts slowly.
In a separate bowl, mix the baking soda, salt and flour. Stir it into the butter-sugar mix and fold the chocolate chip.
Roll the dough in inch balls, put them around couple of inches apart on a prepared baking sheet. Bake the cookies for around 10 to 12 minutes or when you see that it is lightly golden.
